Non va confuso con un altro vangelo apocrifo di matrice gnostica andato perduto, il Vangelo greco degli Egiziani.
Lingua Italiana[:en]Coptic Gospel of the Egyptians or Holy Book of the Great Invisible Spirit is a Gnostic gospel written in Coptic language between the 3rd and 4th centuries. Describes Jesus as the incarnation of Set to free the divine souls from the imprisonment of the flesh. Considered lost, a version of it was found among the Codes of Nag Hammâdi in 1945. It should not be confused with another apocryphal gospel of Gnostic origin that has been lost, the Greek Gospel of the Egyptians.
